The Kitchari and SAMA Soups are warming and grounding, protein packed, reduce inflammation, and boost immunity.  Easy go to's to #findyourbalance after overindulging.  

This Box has 4 smoothies:  Dragon, Bango  and Good Mood Smoothies. Some like to defrost and drink as is.  Once defrosted, I like to add 8oz of ice in a blender or you can add other frozen fruits of choice based on the thickness you desire. The Goji Balance Balls (oats, almond butter, goji berries, df chocolate chips, honey, flax, chia, hemp,pink salt, vanilla)  are a perfect treat on their own or excellent crumbled onto a smoothie bowl. 

Find the matcha dusted Green Tea with Lemon Verbena and Digest Tea with cumin, coriander and fennel tea.  It's a classic yogic and Ayurvedic tea that can improve digestive health, reduce bloating, enhance nutrient absorption and calm tummy troubles. These spices help reduce inflammation, as well as boosting ‘Agni’ or ‘digestive fire’. And finally, the Hot Tonic Tea with turmeric, ginger, echinacea, elderberry, and lemongrass.   With the teas, I personally leave the teabag in the cup, drink it,  and re-steep multiple times.  But some like to remove after a 5 minute steep.  It's up to you.  Add a  good manuka honey to the teas if you'd like.  The Lemon Ginger Tonic is great splashed into the teas.  

The soups are meant to be heated on the stovetop.  Add as much water, pink salt, and lemon to them as you like. 

Anything you receive that is not frozen was just made today.  Enjoy it within 7 days or freeze.

The  Lemon Ginger shot is great on the soups, added to the Hot Tonic Tea, or to add to sparkling water to sip as a mocktail.  This is my favorite way to enjoy it knowing I'll feel great in the morning instead of hungover.

1 Bango Smoothie (almond milk, bananas, mangos, blue majik spirulina)

1 Dragon Smoothie (almond milk, strawberry, mango, dragon fruit)

5 Goji Balance Balls (oats, almond butter, goji berries, df chocolate chips, vanilla, honey, chia seeds, flax, hemp seeds)

2 Liver Repair Juice (pineapple, celery, dandelion, apple, ginger, parsely)

2 Ojas Juice

1 Lemon Ginger Shot

1 Matcha Dusted Green Tea (green tea, lemon verbena)

Hot Tonic Tea (turmeric, ginger, echinacea, elderberry, lemongrass)

Digest Tea (cumin, coriander, fennel)
