Sweet Potato Fries
6 large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 TBS Himalayan pink salt
1 TBS coconut sugar
1 TBS cinnamon
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut to a uniform fry size so they cook the same. Toss the fries with the coconut oil, salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately with SAMA's Chickpea Ranch Dressing.
